Low-Code Automation Training
Teaching non-developers to automate routine work with low-code tools such as n8n, Make or Zapier — and to connect them with AI.
Who it is for
- Operations and back-office teams
- HR, finance and marketing specialists
- Internal automation champions
In every company there are hours lost to copying data between systems, sending the same reminders and assembling the same reports. IT rarely has time for these small tasks, and the people who do them know the process best.
Low-code tools let those people fix it themselves. In this training participants learn how automations work and build them for their own processes, with guardrails that keep the result reliable and secure.
What participants learn
- Thinking in processes — breaking a task into triggers, steps and data.
- Integrations — connecting email, spreadsheets, CRM, messengers and internal systems.
- AI inside automations — classifying requests, extracting data from documents, drafting replies.
- Reliability — error handling, logging, testing and handing over to a colleague.
Result
By the end of the course the team has working automations, not just certificates, and a shared understanding of how to build the next ones without creating chaos.
How it works
- 01
Process map
We list routine tasks in the participating teams and pick the ones that are safe and valuable to automate.
- 02
Foundations
Triggers, data, integrations and error handling in the chosen low-code platform.
- 03
Build
Each participant or pair builds an automation for a real process with my support.
- 04
Operate
Documentation, ownership and how to keep automations working when people and processes change.
Questions
Do participants need to know how to code?
No. Basic computer literacy and a clear understanding of their own process are enough.
Which platform should we choose?
It depends on your security requirements, budget and existing systems. We can make this choice together before training starts.
