AI Voice & Conversation Simulators
Realistic voice simulators where employees practice sales calls, objections, support cases and difficult conversations with an AI counterpart — and get instant feedback.
Who it is for
- Sales teams
- Customer support
- Managers and team leads
- HR / L&D
Most teams learn hard conversations on real customers. That is expensive: a missed objection costs a deal, an awkward support call costs loyalty, and new hires need months to feel confident.
An AI voice trainer gives people a safe place to practice. The employee talks out loud, the AI plays a customer with a specific character and goal, and after the call the trainer shows what went well and what to try next time.
Where it works best
- Sales — first calls, discovery, price objections, closing.
- Support — angry customers, refunds, explaining complex terms.
- Management — feedback conversations, one-to-ones, saying no.
- Onboarding — new hires rehearse typical situations before going live.
What makes it useful rather than a toy
The trainer is built on your materials: real objections, real product terms and your own definition of a good conversation. Scores are tied to criteria your managers already use, so results can be discussed in the same language as live calls.
How it works
- 01
Scenarios
We collect real call recordings, scripts and quality checklists and pick the conversations that matter most.
- 02
Prototype
I build the first version of the trainer and tune the AI personas so they sound and argue like your customers.
- 03
Pilot
One team uses the trainer in daily practice; we compare scores and gather feedback.
- 04
Rollout
We refine scenarios, connect the trainer to your onboarding and hand over the editing guide.
Questions
Does this replace live role-play with a trainer?
No. It removes the bottleneck: people get dozens of practice rounds on their own, and live sessions with a coach focus on the hardest cases.
Can it work in Russian and other languages?
Yes. Scenarios and feedback can be set up in the language your team speaks with customers.
Where does the data go?
We agree on the platform and data rules before the pilot, including which recordings are used and how long they are stored.
