AI Champions Program
A network of internal AI champions who find use cases in their teams, help colleagues and turn scattered experiments into company-wide practice.
Who it is for
- Digital transformation leads
- HR / L&D
- COO and business unit heads
Buying AI licences is easy. Getting hundreds of people to change how they work is not. Usually a few enthusiasts experiment on their own, while everyone else waits for instructions that never come.
An AI champions program makes adoption systematic. In every team there is a person who understands both the work and the tools, knows where to look for use cases and is supported by a community and a clear process.
What the program includes
- Role and selection — who becomes a champion, how much time it takes and what they get in return.
- Learning track — practical skills, prompting, safe use of data and spotting automation opportunities.
- Use case pipeline — a simple way to propose, test and measure ideas so the best ones reach the whole company.
- Community — regular demos, a shared library of prompts and solutions, recognition for results.
Why it works
Champions are trusted colleagues, not external consultants. They speak the language of their team, see real bottlenecks and can show the result on their own work — which convinces people far better than any presentation.
How it works
- 01
Design
We define goals, the champion role and how the program fits with IT, security and existing initiatives.
- 02
Selection
We recruit the first cohort across departments and agree on what each champion commits to.
- 03
Cohort
Champions go through training, work on real use cases from their teams and share results in the community.
- 04
Scale
We document what worked, launch the next cohort and hand the program over to an internal owner.
Questions
How many champions does a company need?
It depends on structure rather than headcount: the goal is at least one person in every team where AI can change the way work is done.
What if we have no approved AI tools yet?
Then the first task of the program is to help choose them and set simple usage rules together with IT and security.
